|Title:||Master Thesis - Comparing Applicability of Test Design Techniques for Telecom systems|
The thesis will investigate and explore applicability, efficiency and effectiveness of a series of related test techniques in telecom systems. The thesis work will explore and measure a series of test design technique at defined levels. Each technique is to be measured in different ways including coverage. Based on the “rule based” test design techniques a system will be explored and measured. Parts of the techniques might involve coding and/or scripting, so familiarity of development of code is a must. You will be measured during every phase of this thesis, and will constantly give and receive evaluations, since the measurements will be a part of research in the area. This is basically an expansion of the “Test Design Technique LAB” conducted at the course Verification and Validation but using other test techniques.
This thesis will make you great testers, since you will know and explore a series of rule-based – and not rule-based techniques. Nevertheless, this thesis does also include some coding – and you have to e willing to learn new languages and systems.
