Title: A tool for the optimization of IVHM data in heavy Scania trucks

Description: Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) is the monitoring and prediction of the health of a vehicle system through physical sensors, simulations and statistics and the utilization of this information for operational planning.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to implement a computer tool in Java which allows the user to input vehicle health predictions, economical consequences of vehicle failure and output a decision support plan for preventive maintenance for heavy Scania trucks. The tool will consist of a user interface and implementation of an optimization algorithm that minimizes the operational cost
of the trucks.
