Title: A Quality-driven approach to architect software design

Description: Background:
Software architecture has an important role to manage the risks during the development and the maintenance phase of a software system. So non-functional and functional requirements of the large software system are as much dependent on software architecture as on the implementation.
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the software architecture factor which affects the software quality during the development phase of a software system. And secondly our goal of this research is to find a way to trace these factor during the development of a software system. The main motivation of this research is to trace all those architectural factor which affects the software quality during development and to fix all these factors to enhance the quality of the software system.

Research questions:
* What factors of a software architecture affect the desirable quality (functional / non-functional) of software systems?
*How can we trace these factors during the development phase of software system?

Research plan:
For this research work we shall follow a systematic literature / review approach to find out the main software architectural factor which affects the quality aspect of the software system. Secondly we shall focus on the way to trace out these factor during the development phase of the software system. In addition we shall study the previous contribution to this research question and will suggest the best way which can improve the software quality by detection of architectural factors which affect the software system during development.

Expected Outcome:
The expected outcomes from this research are as following:
* A literature study that identify the software architectural factors which affects the software quality during development phase of a software system.
* Identification of the existing contributions related this area to address known possible problems in software architecture.
* To prepare a questionnaire for the Software houses to conduct a survey to know to know the better cause of software architecture resulting low quality software systems.
