Title: Clinical Decision Support System for Cerebral Palsy

Description: The right treatment in the right time can be crucial for the life quality of a child with Cerebral palsy (CP). Sweden is perhaps world leading in collecting data about children with CP. Over 95 percent of the children with CP are part of the CPUP surveillance program. Children goes through regular examinations and the data collected is used in research to improve the quality of CP health care. But when it comes to being useful in the daily work of clinicians, the data has not so far lived up to its full potential. Therefore, a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for children with Cerebral palsy has been investigated within this research. With the background of a domain study, and literature study about CDSS and Artificial Intelligence and how two combine them, a prototype has been developed and tested. The prototype shows the potential of being useful for clinicians in the decision of treatments for children with Cerebral palsy.
