You know that the software that you wrote matches the requirements that
your company was given. But, the requirements are so bad that you know in
advance that the software will not match the actual needs. 

Should you say anything? 
Should you have said something when you saw the requirements? Even if it
would have meant that you didn't get the contract? 
Should your company say anything? Even if it would mean the loss of future
contracts?
